Return and Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please read our policy below:

I. Exchange Policy

You may exchange your saree within 24 hours of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The saree must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags intact.

  • The original invoice must be provided at the time of exchange.

II. No Return Policy

We do not accept returns unless:

  • There is a manufacturing defect.

  • An incorrect item was dispatched.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery with relevant images to support your claim.

III. Conditions for Exchange

  • Exchanges are only possible after our team inspects and approves the returned item.

  • The company holds the right to reject an exchange request if the saree does not meet the required conditions.

IV. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation within 24 hours: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by visiting the "My Orders" section and selecting the cancel option.

  • After 24 hours: Orders cannot be canceled, and we will not be able to offer a refund unless there is a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item dispatched.

V. Refunds (Only for Defective/Incorrect Items)

  • Refunds are processed only in the case of a manufacturing defect or incorrect dispatch.

  • The refund amount will be credited to your bank account within 7 to 15 working days after approval.
