I. Exchange Policy
You may exchange your saree within 24 hours of delivery under the following conditions:
The saree must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags intact.
The original invoice must be provided at the time of exchange.
II. No Return Policy
We do not accept returns unless:
There is a manufacturing defect.
An incorrect item was dispatched.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery with relevant images to support your claim.
III. Conditions for Exchange
Exchanges are only possible after our team inspects and approves the returned item.
The company holds the right to reject an exchange request if the saree does not meet the required conditions.
IV. Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 24 hours: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by visiting the "My Orders" section and selecting the cancel option.
After 24 hours: Orders cannot be canceled, and we will not be able to offer a refund unless there is a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item dispatched.
V. Refunds (Only for Defective/Incorrect Items)
Refunds are processed only in the case of a manufacturing defect or incorrect dispatch.
The refund amount will be credited to your bank account within 7 to 15 working days after approval.
